COURSE OVERVIEW

This 4-session clinic is led by NWDS Player Development Instructor Mychal Gould.

The total cost for the complete course is $280.

This program is designed for players aged 11–18, and is strictly limited to 20 players maximum to ensure individual attention and high-quality instruction.

IN- DEPTH CORRICULUM

Our curriculum is designed around the four core pillars of elite catching, giving you the complete mechanical and mental edge you need.

Session 1: Elite Receiving Focuses on comprehensive mechanical analysis, soft-hands drills, and advanced techniques for commanding and stealing the strike zone through superior receiving and framing.

Session 2: Blocking & Recovery Dedicated to improving blocking technique to deaden balls, mastering your lateral movement, and reducing recovery time to minimize runner advancement after a block.

Session 3: Exchange, Footwork & Throwing Intensive drill work designed to achieve quicker pop times, perfect your exchange mechanics, and develop the efficient footwork required to throw out more runners.

Session 4: Mental Approach & Game IQ Covers the crucial mental approach to the position, understanding pitch sequencing, mastering bunt coverage responsibilities, and concludes with an overall review of elite receiving skills.
